Stamping Ground by Colin Rock

This book was donated to our library by the author Colin Rock after he read the article in the NZ Herald about Space Teddy.

The story is about a boy called Philip who has invented a space probe to fly up through the ozone hole.(sounds familiar)  Philip wants to use a cat as his passenger!!!!
Follow Philip and his friends on a journey to Rangitoto Island where they meet up with Captain Jack.
Welcome to Term 2

We have 4 lovely Korean picture books written in Korean and filed under the letter K.  Great for our Korean students to take home and share with their parents.

There will be lots of new books coming out soon.  Please remember these are not to be taken for class sets.

Teachers please return your class sets from last term and refresh your class library set.  This should be done twice per term.

Term 3

Can't believe we are halfway through this term.

I have just put lots of lovely new books out on the NEW BOOK SHELF

This one I really like called Fuzzy Doodle.  A New Zealand author the story is about a hairy caterpillar that just starts off as a doodle on a page.  As he grows and get bigger he goes from eating blobs of ink to eating text.  He then adds a splash of colour and at the end of the story..... What is he going to turn into?
